Well, today Alyssa and I are going to be enjoying some vacation juice while the summer dies down.
The perfect way to cool off!
Vacation juice
4 oz Coconut cream
1 oz Mango rum
1 oz Lime juice
1oz Blue curaçao
Ice
Maraschino cherry
Lime slice
Pineapple
Non-alcoholic
4 oz Coconut cream
1 oz Lime
1 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Blue raspberry lemonade
Ice
Maraschino cherry
Lime slice
Pineapple
In a blender add in 2 oz of Coconut cream, the mango rum, .5 oz of lime juice, and lots of ice. Blend till the mix is foamy and smooth. Add into a tall glass.
For the second layer, in a blender add in the last remaining coconut cream, the remaining lime juice, the blue curaçao and lots of ice. Once again blend till mix is blended well.
Spoon in the mix on top of the first layer.
If you are making the Non-alcoholic version. The layers
Half the Coconut cream + half the lime juice + pineapple juice(1 oz) +ice
Half the Coconut cream + half the lime juice +blue raspberry lemonade(1oz)+ice
Next cut a pineapple slice, and create a flower cutout with the pineapple slice
After you cut out the pineapple flower add it in the drink with a lime slice and the cherry and bada bing bada boom the vacation juice is done! Enjoy!
