Hon Temba Mliswa on ZESA Load Shedding & Prepaid Meters. The Norton legislator, Hon Temba Mliswa questioned on the rationale why ZESA insists that people are not paying ZESA bills when there is no electricity for the greater part of the day. In Parliament of Zimbabwe on 28 August 2019, Hon Temba Mliswa also said that ZESA and the Government of Zimbabwe should come up with a clear policy on prepaid ZESA electricity meters as there is a serious confusion over the issue. Hon Temba Mliswa had support of fellow legislators when he argued that business people have incurred serious loses over this period from April 2019 when load shedding of ZESA began.
