Dominic Raab: Government to 'test to the limit' law stopping no-deal Brexit

Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab says the Government plans to "test to the limit" what the bill passed through parliament - that forces the PM to ask Brussels for a Brexit delay to avoid no-deal on 31 October - "what it does and doesn't require".

But he insists: "We're always going to behave lawfully as a government."
