A direct link between a targeted individual and their digital avatar exists so that everything done in the real world occurs in the computer simulation. By manipulating the digital avatar in the computer simulation a persons thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, and behavior are manipulated in the real world. This is remote mind control. 21st Century MK ULTRA. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is not a joke. This is the real life matrix!

An exocortex is an artificial external information processing system that augments a brain’s biological high-level cognitive processes. The way this is done today is through what is called Augmented Cognition.

An individual’s exocortex is composed of external memory modules, processors, IO devices and software systems that would interact with, and augment, a person’s biological brain. Typically this interaction is described as being conducted through a direct brain-computer interface, making these extensions functionally part of the individual’s mind.

Individuals with significant exocortices could be classified as cyborgs or transhumans.

While [the traditional concept of] a cyborg has included artificial mechanical limbs, embedded chips and devices, another interesting concept is the exocortex, which is a brain-computer interface. The exocortex is a computer-like processing system that co-exists with the the human brain.
