Donald Tusk is standing down as European Council President after five years. He frequently clashed with the UK - taunting our leaders with talk of hell, cake and blame games.
Mr Tusk tried to stop Brexit even when a deal had been agreed between the UK and the EU and approved in Parliament.
He’s landed another plum job as president of the European People’s Party and is being replaced by former Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel.
