Authorities in New York provided an update Sunday, Dec. 29, on the stabbing spree at a Hanukkah celebration in New York that injured at least five people on Saturday. Police said that the suspect is in custody and faces five counts of attempted murder and one count of burglary.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo also said he would be proposing a domestic terrorism law in the state, saying that incidents like the stabbing should be labelled "domestic terrorism."
