'Child Find': school documents that would support child's need for eligibility consideration

The Question asked on FB page 'Ask a Special Education Attorney':
"Question: Is a school required to keep parent-teacher conference meetings/agreements? Also, in regards to Dojo Messages or messages from teacher to the parent that are not in the schools "mainframe." I filed a state complaint and have been told that the Dojo messages have been "purged" because those accounts belong to the teacher and are not monitored by the school. Also, all of the parent-teacher conferences and agreements are missing and I am being told that it is normal for a teacher not to keep them once a student has left their class. *Note my complaint is the district's lack of child find*"
