iPhone's new parental controls can limit who kids can talk to and when

Aiming to tackle kids' phone addiction, Apple has introduced a new iOS operating system that'll allow parents to set limits over who kids can talk to and text at what time. The restrictions will be applicable across phone calls, Messages and FaceTime, under Screen Time's Parental Controls.
