Garlic and rosemary potatoes: how to make them crispy outside and tender inside! Here's a tip to make the best garlic potatoes ever in a few steps! 

 

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 sprig of rosemary 4 tbsp olive oil 4 garlic cloves 3-4 springs of thyme 1kg small potatoes Baking paper

 

METHOD



Pour olive oil into a bowl.

Add pepper, salt, rosemary, 4 crushed garlic cloves, thyme and add the potatoes until well mixed.

Pour the potatoes on a baking sheet and wrap them with baking paper.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF). The cut the top part of the baking paper and grill the potatoes at 200ºC for 7 minutes until crispy and golden.
