'Please do not contact' - Homes being sealed off in Jiangsu and Hebei Provinces.

Here is a compilation of a few videos that have been circulating. Due to a lack on information regarding the extent of the virus outbreak, individuals in communities are sealing off residents in their homes.



It is unclear whether this was mandated by local governments, or if individuals are acting on their own accord. It is also unclear whether the individuals sealing these people in their homes are intending to provide them with aid and food after sealing them off.


It should be noted that some doors have been sealed in such a way as to not allow the door to open AT ALL. Whereas the homes in Nantong (seen here) can still open their doors to some extent.
