The desire for fulfillment is universal. It is a human longing to find that which is most fulfilling, to act on it, and then, to sustain it.
Ironically, while the need for fulfillment is universal, it can be very difficult to find and maintain. Fulfillment is almost always integrally connected to our strengths. We are most fulfilled when we are giving our strengths in some meaningful way, to make a difference.
Gallup suggest that we are wired to make a contribution that is
different than 10,000 other people.
Beginning to unlock that unique contribution is like trying to solve a mystery there are clues that we can follow, if we know where to look to unlock the clues.
The need for fulfillment may be universal, but the definition of it is as personal as our unique set of strengths is. Our strengths inform how we view and seek it.
