Samsung clothes dryer model # DV45H6300EW/A3. Dryer would run for only 4 seconds and then shut off. Then it would start again for another 4 seconds and shut off.... Also noticed a faint burning smell.
Found that the switch on the motor was cooked and also the idler pulley wheel bearing had failed. Dryer is only 5 years old.
