Digging around this older home to install a perimeter drain. They have been getting water in the basement and we discovered there was no drain on the outside of the house. I'm digging to the bottom of the footing so that we can install a pvc perforated pipe around the front of the house then backfill with 3/4" clean rock. This phase is just excavating the dirt out. Dave the builder will come back and powerwash the blocks and roll on a sealer or coating before we install the pipe. Weather permitting we should be done this week.
