YouTube Rewind 2019: Why They Are Not Mentioned???

Each year YouTube publishes a video to thank the creators of video content on this platform. And it's disappointing that this year they didn't mention anything about many tutorial video makers like Peter Mckinnon, Daniel Shiffer, Brandon Li, Matti and so many other amazing guys. These guys are the one that makes YouTube more meaningful than other video sharing platforms. Why they are not mentioned???
