Federal Reserve slashes interest rates amid coronavirus outbreak

The Federal Reserve is cutting interest rates by half a percentage point because of the impact of the coronavirus outbreak. It's the largest cut since the 2008 financial crisis. CBS News' Paula Reid and McClatchy's Francesca Chambers joined CBSN to break down President Trump's reaction.
